Project Synopsis
The Health Delta Initiative project deals with a recommendation from the Growing a Healthy Workforce in the Delta report from July 2009 on page 3 section3(B) states the DRA needs to set up a mechanism to collect and disseminate the Tool Kit programs. Team 1 has developed the tool kit and will distribute them to 251 critical care access facilities and to the 252 counties in the Delta.
