Project Synopsis
Leadership is vital to the success and growth of the Delta Region. Delta communities need to become actively engaged in initiating and conducting local leadership training programs. Even when a community recognizes the importance of investing in local leadership, they may not have the time and resources to develop such a program. Our team is utilizing the knowledge and skills learned through the Delta Leadership Institute to design a program, Delta Developed, that can be easily implemented by any local chamber of commerce or community organization to train new leaders in their communities.
